And I wanted to shove it in my face hole. I know Taco Bell is gross, but their food is cheap and tasty.

Why I want it:

This thing has (according to the website)

Crispy, Flavorful Bacon

Warm Nacho Cheese Sauce

Seasoned Beef

Golden Fiesta Potatoes

Wrapped in a Flour Tortilla

All things I frickin love and taste awesome. It’s like a flavor explosion in my mouth.

Why I can’t have it:

Calories: 680

Fat (g): 36 (11 Sat. Fat)

Cholesterol (mg): 70

Carb (g): 57

Fiber (g): 7

Protein (g): 31

That is for 1 burrito. Add a couple taco’s to the mix and you are over 1000 calories. Alas, if you were out only a few months back, you would be clogging my arteries and making my heart sad. It wasn’t meant to be.

What was that? You love the new site layout? Yeah I thought so.

Another cookout tonight. As a man, not a baby, but a man, I have to eat 2 burgers, there is just no question there. Normally I would cook and eat a couple of the ridiculously tasty Black Angus burgers from Sam’s Club, which taste so good because they are 380 calories each with 30g of fat. Tonight I grilled up 2 of the Jennie-O Lean Turkey Burgers (200 calories and 10g of fat each) and they were VERY good. I would definitely suggest making this substitution for grilling out.

I also started to put some swiss cheese on the turkey burgers, but the calories on just a slice of that cheese was 110 calories. Going with the American Cheese Singles (you know the yellow stuff wrapped in clear plastic), at 60 calories each, allowed me to get a slice for each burger at the same “cost” of one slice of the swiss.
