		<title>New Goal: 210 in 2010</title>
		<description><![CDATA[That&#8217;s the goal. At 210 my BMI would be under 25, which is considered healthy/normal. My BMI is currently 27.1.

I think I can get to 210 in the next two months, but the goal is to still be at 210 by the end of they year.
