I think it is about time to start adding some working out beyond volleyball and basketball once a week. Preparing for the <a href="http://www.team-magic.com/events/gjcc/index.html">GJCC Memorial Day Triathlon</a> sounded like a good idea to me.</p>
<p>They have specific awards for guys over 200 lbs (Clydesdale), so I signed up to be considered in that class. I will try to update this blog on how the training is going along with the normal weight loss spiel.</p>
