<li>Contemplating seconds? Wait 10 minutes.</li>
<li>Quit the clean plate club.</li>
<li>Never eat directly out of the bag, box, or carton &#8211; <em>this I find to be a very smart move for me personally</em>.</li>
<li>Like big portions? Overload your meal with veggies or broth-based soup.</li>
<li>Use a salad plate as your dinner plate.</li>
<li>Make &#8220;small&#8221; your default setting.</li>
<li>Go single-serve.</li>
<li>Read the label first.</li>
<li>Pack your leftovers before eating &#8211; <em>I find this ridiculously hard to do</em>.</li>
<li>Round out the meal with raw produce.</li>
