I am now trying to reach 210, but I am getting stuck around 223-225, so I want to try something different. I am going to reset my stats (if only in my head) and shoot for a 15 lb loss by May 31st. I am also going to start weighing in on Wednesday mornings. I am still going to shoot for a 2 lb a week weight loss.
I keep saying this, but next week I plan on starting some “serious” training for the triathlon I am doing at the end of May. I am sure that won’t hurt.
Tomorrow is a new day.
