12 Jan 2010That’s the goal. At 210 my BMI would be under 25, which is considered healthy/normal. My BMI is currently 27.1.
I think I can get to 210 in the next two months, but the goal is to still be at 210 by the end of they year.
A simple (and slightly boring) blog about trying to publicly record steps to lose weight for a fat guy. And by fat I mean sexy. Nah I mean fat.
