I signed up this evening for my first triathlon. I think it is about time to start adding some working out beyond volleyball and basketball once a week. Preparing for the GJCC Memorial Day Triathlon sounded like a good idea to me.
They have specific awards for guys over 200 lbs (Clydesdale), so I signed up to be considered in that class. I will try to update this blog on how the training is going along with the normal weight loss spiel.
A simple (and slightly boring) blog about trying to publicly record steps to lose weight for a fat guy. And by fat I mean sexy. Nah I mean fat.
