Sad week. But its all good, 17.6 lbs to my goal of 210. Weight: 227.60 Previous Weight: 226.60 Gain: 1 lb Net Loss: 74.40 lbs Avg Weekly loss: 2.07 lbs

That’s the goal. At 210 my BMI would be under 25, which is considered healthy/normal. My BMI is currently 27.1. I think I can get to 210 in the next two months, but the goal is to still be at 210 by the end of they year.
