In my memory of the last 29 years of my life, I NEVER remember being in the 250′s. 29.4 lbs to go to reach my goal of 230. If I continue at my current rate of loss that will be in 11 more weeks, or first week of December. The main goal is still 230 by 30, but 230 by Christmas will work as well.
My max daily calorie intake is right around 2200/day and drops each week. Each week I base how many calories I take in on trying to lose 2lbs a week. I looked ahead and once at 230, to maintain that weight, the calories are about 2900. All of this information is based on thedailyplate.com. That is the site I have been using this whole 17 weeks to track calories and weight loss.

Loss: 3.20 lbs
Net Loss: 42.60 lbs
Avg Weekly loss: 2.51 lbs

So proud of all the LBs you’re droppin. We need to have a party in December with lots of cake and cookies…
