An interesting article on a 10 step way to Right Size Your Meals.

  1. Contemplating seconds? Wait 10 minutes.
  2. Quit the clean plate club.
  3. Never eat directly out of the bag, box, or carton – this I find to be a very smart move for me personally.
  4. Like big portions? Overload your meal with veggies or broth-based soup.
  5. Use a salad plate as your dinner plate.
  6. Make “small” your default setting.
  7. Go single-serve.
  8. Read the label first.
  9. Pack your leftovers before eating – I find this ridiculously hard to do.
  10. Round out the meal with raw produce.
