An interesting article on a 10 step way to Right Size Your Meals.
- Contemplating seconds? Wait 10 minutes.
- Quit the clean plate club.
- Never eat directly out of the bag, box, or carton – this I find to be a very smart move for me personally.
- Like big portions? Overload your meal with veggies or broth-based soup.
- Use a salad plate as your dinner plate.
- Make “small” your default setting.
- Go single-serve.
- Read the label first.
- Pack your leftovers before eating – I find this ridiculously hard to do.
- Round out the meal with raw produce.
