Chad - In: Weight Loss
14 Jul 2009I am just happy to have lost anything this past week. With 2 servings of 650 calorie pieces of blizzard b-day cake, pushing a couple days over 3000 calories (I am trying to keep the daily calories around 2400 calories). This week I am going to start with the exercise. Jennie and I are running in a 5-K in Franklin mid Aug. That will be the first one for me in 2 years…yikes. 10 lbs a month for these first two months. At that rate I should be 230 by the end of the year. That would be awesome, I would be supersonic.
