Chad - In: Weight Loss
9 Jun 200912 lbs in 3 weeks. That works for me. I need to be mentally ready for when the wall comes, because I am sure it is coming. I kind of think it will be somewhere between 280-270, that is just my guess. The plan at that point is to kick up the exercise routine so hopefully I can sail on through that first wall.

Awesome, you’re rockin this thing. I bet the exercise will make a big difference. Especially if you do aerobic stuff rather than muscle building.
