Today was the official day for our anniversary. 365.25 days ago I got married and I have loved each and everyone of those days/hours/minutes/seconds. It has been great and I have a wonderfully supportive wife, especially when it comes to trying to lose weight. I couldn’t ask for a better one.
Today was actually a relief since it marked a move back to normalcy. I hoped today would be under 2000 calories and tomorrow would be the same as well since I will “weigh in” on Tuesday morning. This weekend felt like I was just terrible all weekend, but it was really just a single meal that was so bad. The funny thing about that is that only a month ago, I would have eaten like that 3 (or maybe 4) meals a day. Well not like that exactly, because I would have to be rich, but like that caloricly (<– is that a word?).
