27 May 2009Today was a good day. Sometime through this process I need to work on going to bed at a better hour and also drastically reducing my diet soda intake. I have started to try to drink tea (very lightly sweetened), but man that is kind of hard and gross. Diet Mt. Dew tastes so good.

I’ve decided to allow myself 1 diet soda per day. I bought new filter for my brita so going to try ice-cold filtered H20 to supplement and see how that goes.
