25 May 2009This is the end of the first week of some hard core watching of calories. Today was a good day, the calories are up, but that is also counting another cookout with some friends. I was also able to go to the gym today and do some cardio and some light weight lifting (shoulders). I think I burned ~400 calories in that time.
I have also decided to switch the day that I weigh myself to Tuesday, in the morning.
