Chad - In: Droppin Data
24 May 2009Today wasn’t the best day, but mainly that was because of Cracker Barrel for lunch. Even when trying to get what I think is the best thing on the menu (grilled chicken tenders), lunch was still is around 1000 calories. I had two biscuits, which were not necessary.
Yesterday was the cookout at Dad’s and I didn’t track it, but I should have. I think since I knew I wasn’t going to track it I gave myself more freedom and ate worse. I am going to try to track everyday moving forward the best that I can.
